Paul writes his servant Philemon on behalf of Onesimus his servant. He encourages Philemon to take Onesimus and view him as useful, sympathize with his pain, and to seize the moment to empower him for ministry.

Moses encounters a crisis as a leader and doesn’t realize he has a blind spot. He listens to his father in law, takes on a posture of humility. Unity always involves others, involves others, and delegates authority.

The provision of God always comes through the power of God.

When God comes through in a powerful way he will begin to test us even more to draw us closer to Him. Moses and the Israelites celebrate victory then all of the sudden they have no water. There are two principles God wants to teach us to govern our life by: The trust principle and the timing principle. Not yet does not mean not ever.

We don't live to get the credit, we live to give the glory.

When Jesus came into the world he came to establish His presence in our life. The men who visited brought him gifts to honor his coming. The presence of God is with us to bring spiritual, relational and physical healing.

Three Gifts: Gold for a king, Frankincense for a priest, Myrrh for one who was going to die.

After Mary is visited by the Holy Spirit, she goes to visit Elizabeth and is elated because they are both with child. Mary celebrates her new coming child with an overflow and outburst of joy and celebration as she writes a song. True peace and contentment are found when we accept God’s forgiveness and rely on God’s mercy and strength.

The people of Israel have a feast as instructed by God. God reminds the people that He is the source of their provision and this defines the strength of their praise.

God wants His presence to fill the earth and he uses his people to cultivate it.

Moses journeys to Pharoah and is making his plea to him to let the people go from their slavery. As Pharoah oppresses them even further, we learn the pathway to clarity in our lives. Along the way we may feel His mission is too complicated, it’s too hard, and sometimes that God asks too much.

God gives Moses specific instructions before he approaches Pharaoh with his request to deliver the Israelites. God will build our trust and faith through showing us signs, giving us words, and bringing us friends and helpers along the way.

Just because we make terrible decisions, God doesn’t write us off. He is willing to redeem us from any situation. Though Moses murdered a man, he chose to show compassion through one simple act, saved a family’s life, and then was shown favor by God.

When Moses was a baby he was set apart by God to lead the people of Israel from an unlikely place and a tragic beginning. But yet Moses had to realize the spiritual DNA of God in his life. Our spiritual genetics lead us to discover diving beginnings, a nurturing Father, and an apostiolic mission.

Elijah heard God’s voice that it would rain in the land even in the midst of a famine. He believed in God’s purposeful outcome and believed for an improbable and impossible result. As we realize God’s vision for our church we must hear it, see it, pray it, check it and then we will see it.

When Zacchaeus the tax collector heard about Jesus he knew He was someone he had to meet. He overcame the odds and made sure he saw who Jesus was. Jesus took notice and made an impression on him that would transform the way he lived. Through meeting Jesus, Zacchaeus was healed spiritual, financially and was received as family.

Patience is perhaps the hardest thing to learn, but the Psalmist gives us insight of what we should do while we wait. We should Plea for his forgiveness and anticipate with hope his redemption of every situation.
