If we are going to experience true financial breakthrough we must align ourselves with God and let him shape how we work, give, save, and live. As we work we must let Jesus define why we work, how we work, and who we work for.

God is calling us forward as a church to remember the burdens we face will be turned into a double blessing. As we push forward with purchasing the land, growing our church and expanding the influence of Jesus, we must leverage our position in Christ, the anointing of the Spirit and our praise to the Father.

Paul recaps the first 8 chapters of Romans reminding those that are in Christ that they have won, they have hope for suffering and mission, they are justified, and nothing can separate them from the God’s love.

Paul writes and gives us the results of life with the Spirit. We have an advantage in every area of life because of the power of Jesus. We must overcome weakness with humility, confusion with clarity, and limited perspective with our expanded vision.

Paul gives us hope to have victory in this life because of the power of the Holy Spirit. Because of the power of the Spirit we have great freedom, are empowered to have extreme focus, and we have an ensured future.

We are called to rebuild lives one person at a time. As a church our covenant together is to spread the vision, share the responsibility, and to serve the ministry of the church. We are to shine the light of the Gospel in dark places.

How are we as a church to be unstoppable in 2017? We are to let go of our past and lean into grace. We are to live now in joy and appreciate the fullness of today, and leap forward in faith and rely on him to do more than we think is even possible.

Being transformed by God requires humility and is an act of God. We are transformed when we submit to the process of salvation, sanctification and glorification. This process takes us from the moment of salvation into eternity.

Putting our hope in our own righteousness leads to condemnation and death. Putting our hope in Christ’s righteousness leads to the free gift of life. Receiving righteousness is as simple as putting our faith in Jesus’ righteousness rather than our own.

Paul gives us insight into the unmatched benefits of having belief in God. When we belief we have unmatched peace, access, hope, purpose, love, and security in Jesus.

When Jesus is asked how should we pray by the disciples. Jesus gives them a very specific and clear answer. As we enter into a season of thankfulness we remember simple rhythms of prayer. Honor, trust, provision, and freedom

Paul writes and helps us understand where true righteousness comes from. Our acceptance is sealed and we are to live out of grace not guilt. God loves us because He is good, not because of anything we have done. However, we try many different things to earn God’s acceptance. We must understand the acceptance of God through faith.

Paul helps us understand the root of the Christian belief must be lived out with deep conviction and faith. We must put our faith in the Kingdom of God rather than the kingdom and systems of the world. Faith was designed by God, is necessary for salvation and is expensive. Leaving the philosophies of the Kingdom of the world will cost us everything.

Paul concludes his introduction into why we need a savior by calling out our sin. Like a good story teller he teases out the good news we have in Jesus. But he emphasizes we are all sinners in need of a savior.

Paul shares religion is not what attains eternal life but Jesus accomplished eternal life through providing a pathway to relationship with all men. We must be careful in our practice and application of truth not to substitute earthly religion for an eternal relationship.

What does it mean for God to accelerate the vision as we prepare to purchase a piece of property and move towards a more permanent location? God will sustain us through the sacrifice and we must do our part. We must simplify and take with us only that which is essential, anticipate what God will do, and expect for a miracle by faith when it doesn’t see possible.

Paul shares the sobering view of sin in the world and the ultimate verdict of sin. But there is Grace. The grace of God is unmistakable, universal, and undeniable. We must share this grace at all costs.
