#12: Why Everything Is Your Responsibility
01/12/2015 Duração: 03minThere are only 2 types of things in our life, the things that we can change and the things that we can’t change. Those things came because of 2 possibilities, your own decisions or other people’s decisions that you allow (which makes it your decision too). That’s why I said everything in your life is your responsibility. There are so many people who don’t take responsibility of something they feel they are a victim of. Victim of what? Other people’s decisions. But why did you allow it on the first place? You’re responsible for that because you decided to allow another person make the decision for you. But hopefully it’s not too late to do something. I see many people spend their life blaming another person for a bad decision yet do nothing to change it. Don’t be a person like that. Stop playing victim and deserve the life that you want. Make yourself deserve it! So be careful to take a shortcut and let people to do the thinking and do the decision making for yo

#11: How to Get the Future You Want
30/11/2015 Duração: 05minIf you hear people say “you’re not different than those successful people”, maybe that’s too often and we grow to be immune to that. Not in negative way, but that sentence don’t really trigger actions anymore. But actually, the message behind that so-common sentence is very important. It’s easier if we imagine movie characters. For example, there’s a very beautiful and successful actress and she plays a role of a terrible woman who committed a crime and now living a horrible life. People just think that she’s such a great actress and that’s it. What if we invert that? What about us in real life? For example, there’s a woman in real life who’s living a horrible life, even committed a crime and can’t figure out how to snap out of it. What if she figures it out and be able to snap out of it, then learn from successful people to fix her mindset and her perspective of life? Can she be a wonderful person then? I bet she could! But it’s a

#10: Why Hard Working People Get Paid Less & How to Fix It
29/11/2015 Duração: 04minNot enough people understand that how much income you earn isn’t determined by how much hour or energy you put into your work. It depends on how much value people receive from your work and how many people receive that much value. That’s the reason why, for example, construction workers don’t get paid so high although they use much of their time and energy, as well as taking high risk for the job but a business advisor earn much more an hour just by talking with someone for an hour. Almost no risk, much less energy and time. Here are 3 reasons why that happens: The level of value perceived How many people can receive the value How easy the position to be replaced To really understand this concept, try to scale several jobs with how much value you can give, how many people can receive that value, and how difficult that job is. The more difficult a job is, the more difficult that position to be replaced by other people. So, the action step you can take from this is to think about what you&rs

#9: What If The Thing You're Good at Isn't Something You Like Doing?
28/11/2015 Duração: 03minMaybe we don’t find this really often or maybe because it isn’t really obvious when it happens. If we’re good at something, sometimes we don’t really analyze if this is what we’re supposed to do or not. If we see people who are really good at something, we automatically assume that this is what they’re supposed to be. Fortunately, as human, we can develop passion or great feelings when we feel that we’re good at this particular thing, despite we like it before or not. The problem occurs when suddenly we realize that we’re not happy although we’re good at doing this. We might not feel the burden or the stress because we’re good at it, but we’re also not happy. What if it happens to you? Or maybe you’re now feeling that way? Our surrounding tends to suggest us to stick with what we’re good at, especially if we’ve already been doing that for quite a while. They have a point but I always choose the true passions from your true sel

#8: Be Brave Enough to Say 'NO MORE'
27/11/2015 Duração: 04minSometimes I feel sad to see people who live their days complaining and like dragging themselves to do everything and feel like their lives suck big time. I thought, why is it so difficult for us to stop doing what we don’t want to do? Then, I think the most common answer is that we don’t have the gut to say ‘NO MORE’. We might be feel bad or just afraid of that person or anything along the line. Some people are just afraid of the change itself. If you are someone who is afraid of change because you think although this is not good but it’s better than something unknown, think again. Do you really not change? If yes, what surrounds you will never stop changing, no matter what. So even if you do whatever you can to avoid any changes, it’s just impossible. So, don’t let yourself be one of those people who even lost decades of their lives just because they keep their fear. Do you want to keep your fear that bad in exchange of your happiness and freedom? I hope you realize

#7: Do You Realize That You Have Multiple Versions of 'YOU'?
26/11/2015 Duração: 04minRealize it or not, we often not be our true self when we feel like this community I’m with now will judge me or we want to impress someone or anything that makes us feel insecure. I believe there is one self version that you can feel the true you, sometimes it can be expressed when we’re alone. But don’t forget about ethics and manners. It’s not against it. But if you’re being the true you, that’s when you can live your best life, do your best and even have the most respect you can get. Find your best version of ‘YOU’, then train yourself to feel comfortable to be just that. Be careful, it doesn’t mean that you can do whatever you want even if it’s impolite or anything negative. The point is, understand that you can be brave and loosen up a bit. Being afraid of judgment isn’t worth your time and energy. Sometimes it’s difficult when you feel like you want to impress someone and you still don’t feel confident under your own skin. But

#6: Obstacles VS Excuses
25/11/2015 Duração: 03minWe have the tendency to jump to a conclusion that what we are facing is an obstacle. For example, you want to do something but you say that you don’t have time before thinking if maybe you can do something to make the time. Another example, you jump to a conclusion that you can’t or you don’t understand, even before you try to understand or ask for more info about that or maybe ask for a help to learn about that. Imagine if you don’t jump to a conclusion that you don’t have time, but think about what you can do to make the time first, maybe you can find a way and that plan becomes doable. If this happens, it can be a proof that your first respond about not having the time is actually just an excuse, not really an obstacle you can’t shake off. The same goes with the most common respond when you face a challenge, “I can’t”. You can conclude that you can’t or you don’t understand it if you have tried to learn something about it and you can’t

#5: How to Know What You Should Do & Shouldn't Do
24/11/2015 Duração: 03minWe have the tendency to procrastinate yet we rarely see this as something that sabotages our goals and dreams. Constantly checking whether or not that what you’re doing is bringing you closer to what you want would really help you to stay on track. Use your goal as your filter because filtering out what don’t help you achieve your dreams means filtering out time waster and inefficiency. Yes, we should all have fun and stuff. You should. Really. But going to where you really want and fighting for it should be really fun and exciting too, right? Being whoever you are really means to just “be”; be who you are, do what you love to do, release yourself from the cage of other people’s judgment. You’d be just moving from one cage from another unless you set yourself free from any of it. A cage is a cage. Another good thing from focusing yourself to your goal is the fact that you’ll reach your goal much sooner. Meaning, you can have even another goal to reach, then your life

#4: Does Money Really Motivate People?
23/11/2015 Duração: 03minThis is something that might trigger lots of different arguments but at the end of the day, what matters the most is what the money can buy. What matters the most is what you can have the money to be exchanged for. You might not be thinking about it this way if you’re now struggling about money and you see how many problems of yours could now be resolved if only you had more money. I totally understand that. This episode is simply to encourage people to see beyond what’s here right now. Looking at your life and at what you’re doing right now for a bigger future and bigger goals will really help what you have right now at this point. With bigger goals and plans, you’ll move towards something bigger, too. Hence, your present will also be dragged along with your progress towards that higher level of life. I know it can be difficult to see beyond your messy problems you’re currently facing, leave alone planning for something bigger. But doing something just with the urge to have mone

#3: What If You Have No Time for Your Dreams?
22/11/2015 Duração: 03minWe will always have time for something we prioritize. We all have 24 hours a day, right? Everything you do in that 24 hours is your priority. So the better question isn’t whether you have time or not, but whether you want to make the time or not. I know, as easy as it may sound, the reality isn’t that simple. So?Not simple doesn’t mean not doable. Reaching a dream needs sacrifice. If the sacrifice is cutting lunch time a bit shorter, less TV, less hangouts, not to cut everything off and be a loner, but just want to give you the idea of what you might be able to do. Even if you’ve already done that and your time is spent for everything important, well, what I did was sleep later at night. I made my time at night before I go to sleep, even if it’s just 2 hours. There will ALWAYS a way. Trust me. What you need to do now are only these simple things: pick a goal and believe in it make a list of steps to go from here to there make a time everyday to do those steps until you get there

#2: Drama, Judgment and 1st vs. 3rd World Countries
22/11/2015 Duração: 06minSomehow in dream-friendly countries, meaning the country where anything is possible, people don’t really dream anymore. Maybe it’s not really special anymore. I’m not sure. Whereas in not-so-dream-friendly countries, people burn their dreams down because these are the places where most people are judgmental and really “care” about other people’s business. The point here is, no matter is you’re now in which type of country, it doesn’t determine whether you’ll achieve your dream or not. We all have the power in our hands. Whenever you have the opportunity to make a step closer to your dream, don’t let it pass you by. Even if you’re not accepted in a community you’re currently surrounded by, it’s not the end of the world! Those who don’t mind matter and those who mind don’t matter. You’re the only person who will be able to reach your dream. Nobody will serve it on a silver platter for you. If you expect to have more

#1: Love Your Shitty Life
22/11/2015 Duração: 05minThe more we experience in this life, the more lesson we have, the more precious our life is. No matter how shitty your life might be, there must be someone else in this world, even a lot of people, are currently struggling with the same problem you had in the past. THAT is why your story, your life, is so precious to a lot of people. If only more people are willing to share their stories, their life lessons, a lot more would’ve been helped. Loving your shitty life means transforming all of the fucked up situation to be a precious lesson to help other people. We all have different stories and problems but somehow we have an intersection that enables us to have meaning in other people’s lives. Never be ashamed of who you are. Never be ashamed of what you’ve been through. If other people have never been through what you have, they also don’t have the lesson you now have. If you like this post, please share it to help more people find their happiness and meaning of their life. Like this po
