30 years after making just four starts plus nine substitute appearances, it's fair to say Australian David Clarkson left a bigger impression than his career originally warranted. Al had a natter with David in Melbourne to talk about his all-too-brief time at the club.

Former Albion defender and Cup Finalist, and now QPR Technical Director, Chris Ramsey MB joined Ady & Al to talk about his time at the Goldstone, that Cup run and the final itself. Plus, as a manager, he has campaigned for diversity and inclusion, resulting in his medal from the Queen. 

Albion fan and BT Sport presenter Jules Breach for an hour long natter about her career so far, her love of the Albion, and her role in inspiring more women into sports journalism and broadcasting.

The Athletic's Andy Naylor joins Ady & Al for a state-of-the-season natter, looking back on the draw at Anfield, more Brighton internationals, and a quick look at the top of the Belgian Jupiler League.

After years harassing and cajoling him, we are delighted to finally have Ian Chapman on the show. Welly talks about his time in the FA Academy in Lilleshall, coming through the ranks at Brighton, his career, exit, and re-emergence as a coach. And how he acquired the nickname 'Welly'. Rewind to April Fools' Day in 1989. Well, if you were there, you'll know what happened. Keith Cuss, the world's oldest ballboy, gained infamy that day, and joins Ady & Al to talk about what a naughty boy he was.

While we twiddle our thumbs waiting for the Premier League to return, Proud Canaries organiser Di Cunningham told the Roar about their concerted efforts to stamp out homophobia, while Mental Health United founder Tim Allen told Al about the club, and the benefits it brings to the community. A welcome return to the show for Jason Thackeray who joined Ady & Al to discuss the Arsenal game, and its social connections with the Market Diner (aka the all-night café) from the 1990s. Plus Ady talks to Seagulls Travel boss Darren Gillis on how the fuel shortages are affecting travel to and from the Amex. Shirt of the Week is a Turkish delight.

With the so-called controversy of the Leicester match falling into our laps for once, TV's Dave Beckett and Social Media's Ryan Adsett joined Ady for a chew over the previous weekend's fun and games, while Stand Up's Jim Daly pondered the match coming up at Selhurst, while paying tribute to Robert Eaton's family.
