In this bumper penultimate show of the season, we've invited first-time writer Simon Medhurst, first time poet The Brighton Bard (aka Jonathan Bradshaw) back to chew over the West Ham and Man City games. We also talk to Gavin Wilson of Hibs Talk to glean how the new Brighton / Hibs tie-in is being received in Edinburgh. Shirt of the Week is just trolling, frankly.

With the Albion safe for a fifth consecutive year in the top flight, reporters Derren Howard (Brighton & Hove Independent) and freelance Nick Szczepanik joined Ady & Al on a host of subjects, from leadership, indiscipline, fake transfer stories, printed news and much more. On this week's show, we continue with part 2 of the interview with four of the team who so handsomely won promotion to the Championship in 2011. Plus we talk to Piglet's Pantry founder Jo Hunter on her first 10 years' experience of being award-winning pie supplier to the Amex.

We also spoke to Polly Bancroft, general manager of Brighton & Hove Albion Women's and Girls' teams as part of International Women's Day.

Ady & Al are joined by two of Sussex's finest football scribes, Nick and Brian to talk about the Leeds United game, the movement in the transfer window, and a catch-up on the mental health issues raised in the previous week's show.
