The tests of the Body are really a test of the fruit of the Spirit.

The tests we undergo provide evidence of the faith that is within us. What is unhelpful or unnecessary should be cast aside as waste.

The body tests what is ingested and uses what is needed to survive and then expunges the rest as waste.

We get ill when the body cannot digest what we eat or drink. Likewise, our bodies should reject our desires when they do not align with God's.

The difference between a good neighbor and a not-so-good neighbor may be the difference between labels and love. It is had to love people whom we label. It is had to label people whom we love.

Knowing something must be done is different than knowing what to do. But doing what needs to be done is what truly matters. A follower of Christ is to serve and to love in order to bring glory to God.

If Christ has made us free, we must be fruitful for Him.

Proo of our faithfulness to God sometimes requires a radical chane in our lives.

If we lack focus and lose clarity of our purpose, we will be led astray.
