Hour 5. Keith finishes off his 5 hour show talking everything sports and going back and forth with callers especially on the NFL and how excited he is for the new season. Hour 5.

Hour 4. Keith talks about the losing streak the Mets are on and the stuff revolving around them off the field that they aren't serious about winning. Hour 4.

Keith is joined by former MLB All-Star Yankee and former New York Met Dellin Betances to talk about the two NY baseball teams and what he has planned moving forward.

Hour 3. Keith believes that the fights and disagreements that's being reported during practices before the regular season of the New York Jets is a positive for them, not a negative. Hour 3.

Keith is joined by Zack Rosenblatt, writer for the New York Jets from The Athletic, as the two talk about training camp how there were some fights that went down during preseason training as well as who to look out for in the new season.

Hour 2. Keith turns the attention away from the Mets and explains why he believes Aaron Judge is the greatest he's seen over the likes of Barry Bonds and Ken Griffey Jr. Hour 2.
