Keith gives his thoughts on the Yankees beating the Rays on Monday behind Carlos Rodon's awesome performance. 

(INTERVIEW): Keith kicks off his Monday evening show by speaking with Yankees legend Bernie Williams about his charity event: Bernie Williams day will be held on this Saturday July 27th at the Ridgefield Playhouse in Ridgefield CT. The event consists of a celebrity softball game at 1:00 PM, followed by a concert at 5:00 PM. In between there are all kinds of food trucks and food options, entertainment and activities for children.   

Hour 4- Baseball will look into major changes before Manfred leaves in 2029 

Hour 3- Keith lists his Top 10 NBA Title contenders for this upcoming NBA season 

Hour 2- Keith believes that Pete Alonso will NOT be traded at the deadline 

Hour 1- Subway Series is back to 6 games this upcoming season 

What are your expectations for the Jets season? Nick Wright seems to be pretty down on them. Will the Jets talent on paper overcome their dysfunction in the papers? Clay Holmes is a major issue in the Yankees bullpen. Keith awards his Big Shot of the Night -- Caitlin Clarke. Plus, Eminem is old and parenting is hard. Hour 5.

Keith gets challenged to a trivia question. Pete Alonso is not carrying the Mets, and he may no longer the face of the team, but Keith says the Mets will still pay him. Next, Keith shares his advice for people trying to grow in the sorts media industry. The Yankees need to make some moves but with the second half coming up, it's time for the Yankees to start fresh. Derek Jeter thinks they are not title contenders, the Yankees need to take that personally. Hour 3. 

Keith says every team should do this new Hard Knocks. Brandon Aiyuk wants out of San Francisco, but is the grass greener on the other side? Keith's quote about Pete Alonso is being taken the wrong way online. Keith is looking for a place to cut a football promo. Plus, Bronny James continues to struggle, while Tyler Kolek is dominating. Hour 2. 

Keith opened the show by discussing the latest episode of Hard Knocks Offseason. Keith says the Giants finally have direction. Moving on from Saquon was clearly the right choice. Hour 1.

HOUR 1: Keith talks about the HR Derby anthem, Pete Alonso, Anthony Volpe and the Bronny James situation. 

(SHOW OPEN): Keith opens up his Tuesday show by talking about the HR Derby National Anthem fallout and the future for two of New York's stars, Pete Alonso and Anthony Volpe. 

Hour 5. Keith talks about how Pete Alonso needs to retire from the Home Run Derby after a poor performance in trying to get his 3rd Derby title. Hour 5.
