Keith goes on a 10 minute rant about how he doesn't want to hear positivity on the Yankees and there are too many holes in the roster for him to believe.

Hour 2. Keith talks about the rumors circling around DaVante Adams potentially re-joining Aaron Rodgers as a Jet and Keith thinks that Aaron Rodgers is getting his way again. Hour 2.

Hour 1. Keith talks about the Yankees and the Mets and why the Metropolitans should be more excited to be able to sneak into the playoffs over their city rivals. Hour 1.

This pressure as a Yankee is unlike anything Juan Soto has faced before. The Yankees are not like the Cowboys. Brandon Nimmo should be an all-star.

That Yankees game felt over in the first inning. These Mets are for real. 

Hour 1. Keith says that with how well the Mets are playing and how bad the Yankees are playing, Mets fans should stay focused on their own team and enjoy it. Hour 2.

SHOW OPEN. Keith does not want to cry about the Yankees losing to the Rays and failing to win a series since the Royals and would rather give credit to how well the Mets are playing right now. SHOW OPEN.

The Yankees don't need to buy much at the trade deadline and should "rock with what they got". The Yankees need to be better at scratching runs out.

Yankees grind out a team win and Mets keep the good vibes going. The Mets are very close to a playoff spot. What if Daniel Jones is no longer a dual threat?

The Yankees have a ton of problems and didn't respond to Brian Cashman. The Mets only have one problem in the bullpen but it's huge. Mike Gundy needs to know better. Trying to figure out why the Yankees are a mess.

These are not the same Yankees. Stop bringing up George Steinbrenner. No one keeps Rodon in check, and it shows in his behavior. Keith says the Yankees hot start was fool's gold. The Mets stay hot, and they're fun! Plus, the Casamigos Big Shot of The Night. Hour 2.

What happened to the Yankees? They're loaded with problems and Rodon is one. The Mets are having fun right now while Yankees fans are going through it. 

The Mets are lead to victory by a couple of guys who should be All-Stars. Carlos Rodon keeps spiraling and so do the Yankees. Plus, Keith battles hiccups. Hour 1. 

Show Open: The Mets bullpen was shaky again, but the Mets found a way to win on the backs of Francisco Lindor and Brandon Nimmo. Keith says they should be All-Stars. Plus, 'Car-lose' Rodon sucked again, and the Yankees have real problems. 

Fans call in to complain about the Yankees, Keith agrees the Yankees have been struggling is not sure how they will turn it around, but knows no one will get fired. Aaron Boone needs to find a way to get this team to lock in. Gleyber Torres isn't going anywhere either, and he's certainly not gonna change. Hour 5. 

Kodai Senga is on his way back for the Mets, and JD Martinez has missed two game in the last week. Pete Alonso made the All-Star team to sell jerseys. The Yankees get set for a "home away from home" stand. Can the Mets trade Pete Alonso? Keith says no The Yankees will NOT miss the playoffs. Hour 4. 

Keith says the Mets need to buy to help this bullpen. The Yankees will not make any changes, so expect more of the same. MLB's All-Star Week is the best of any sport. Plus, can Aaron Rodgers stay healthy at 41 years old? Hour 3.
