Keith says he's not looking forward to the fireworks now that he has a young son. While Anthony Volpe may be the Yankees best option at leadoff, it may be hurting him. Who could the Yankees target at the trade deadline to help their holes? Keith wants an infielder who can hit leadoff in a trade. Hour 2.

Hour 5: Knicks and Rangers fans call in to discuss how free agency kicked off for their favorite teams. Plus, Yankees fans continue to discuss the Gleyber Torres-Marcus Stroman on-field incident in Toronto.

Hour 4: Keith chats with Mike Vorkunov to chat about player movements around the NBA. Plus, the Mets finally close out a win against the Nationals down in D.C.

Hour 3: Keith continues to discuss what moves the Mets and Yankees as the trade deadline gets closer in baseball. Plus, he keeps an eye on the Mets, who are in action down in the Nation's Captial.

Hour 2: Keith is joined by Arthur Staple, a columnist for The Athletic, to discuss the moves made by the Devils, Rangers and Islanders on first day of free agency in the NHL. Plus, the discussion of Juan Soto joining the Mets continues.

Hour 1: Keith discusses the new contract Isaiah Hartenstein reportedly agreed to out in Oklahoma City, plus the OMG Mets lose a series to the Astros and the Yankees salvage a series split North of the Border.

SHOW OPEN: Keith opens up his Monday afternoon show by telling Knicks fans that the loss of a key center isn't the end of the world. Plus, he discusses the series loss the Mets were handed by the Astros. 

Hour 3: Keith breaks down the Yankees recent struggles and says there is no reason they can't turn things around. 

Hour 2: Keith breaks down the importance of Juan Soto to the Yankees and how Aaron Boone has to show some tough love from time-to-time.
