Information On Cruising The Great Loop

Our guest hosts this week are Ron and Eva Stob, founders of AGLCA. They will discuss the history of the organization and their own Loop adventure!

This is a continuation of last week's discussion with Tom Hale of Waterway Guides. We will talk more about the Chesapeake area, where to go, cruising information, marinas, etc.

  We’re happy to introduce Looper Katherine Burik who is currently cruising with member Kermit Ruegamer on the East Coast.  Katherine runs her business – Interview Doc – from their boat.  The subject of today’s Blog Radio segment will be Connectivity While Cruising and Katherine will tell us how she stays connected to her clients which includes videoconferencing while aboard.

Our Guest Hosts Jim and Lisa favors will be talking about taking a side trip up the Potomac from Chesapeake Bay.

We didn't quite get to AED's on our recent blogradio segment, but they will be covered in detail on this show. Our guest host will be the very popular Dr. Jerry Reves, former Dean of the Medical School at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Reves will go over the use of AED's and the very important after-care of the patient before help arrives.

This week we will be broadcasting live from the offices of Waterway Guide.

Our show this week will feature member Dave Fuller, Vessel Safety Check Officer for the United States Power Squadron and the Coast Guard Auxiliary.
