We must come to the throne of grace with confidence in order to receive mercy and grace. Grace is for our time of need.

Because Jesus is our high priest we must hold fast to what we believe.

The Word of God cuts and penetrates our lives to show us what is soul or spirit. It also shows us what our thoughts and intentions are.

Luke describes the Word of God. It is living, active and cutting.

Our rest is in what Jesus has done for us. We must be diligent to enter that rest!

Jesus entered the rest that He bought for us. We need to enter that rest.

When Luke writes "today", what does he mean? That is what this session is about.

We enter the rest by our obedience of faith.
