The man of lawlessness will be a man of the supernatural. He will have signs, false wonders and power which will come from Satan.

Jesus will destroy the man of lawlessness with a sword the comes from His mouth.

The man of lawlessness, who is he? What is he like?

In this session we look at two things that will happen before Christ returns.

Paul gives us the theme of Second Thessalonians. The return of Christ his desire for them to not be shaken.

Paul tells us that when Christ returns He will be glorified in the saints and how they will marvel at Him. Paul tells us what he prays for for this church which is under persecution and trials.

Those who do not know God or obey the Gospel will experience eternal destruction.

God is a just God! He will afflict those who afflict the church and it's members.

Paul is proud of the church in Thessalonica. They are persevering and keeping the faith in the midst of persecution and trials.

In this session you will receive a short introduction into this letter. We also see how Paul compliments the church for it's growth in faith and love.

We bring to close this study in First Thessalonians by finding out what it means to be sanctified spirit, soul and body.

Paul warns us not to believe everything we hear but to examine it. Then he tells us to obstain from every appearance of evil.

In this message we look at Paul's commands to not quench the spirit and dispise prophecy.

Paul tells us to give thanks in everything but not for everything.

In These verses Paul tells us what the will of God is. It is to rejoice always and to pray without ceasing.

In this verse Paul continues his words of wisdom and instruction.

In this verse Paul urges us to do four things. They are warn the unruly, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak and be patient with everyone.

The Apostle Paul tells us how to treat those who are in leadership positions.

We will live together with Him. These are words of encouragement and edification from Paul to us.

We are not destined to the wrath of God! This is a statement that tells us the church will not go through the tribulation.
