The second part of our two-part interview with UK Property Management legend Frank Webster. In the second part of the interview Frank talks with Real iQ's David Faulkner about the future of Property Management, retaining staff and also looks at the differences between the UK and New Zealand.

Frank Webster is Property Management royalty. His career spans over 30 years with Oxford based Property Management company FindersKeepers, one of the UK's most revered Property Management company. Frank recently spent time in New Zealand and we took the chance to catch up with him and discuss all things Property Management. In this two part podcast, we look at comparisons between NZ and Uk plus we discuss the future of industry.

Two years ago, Katie Sanford, a 25-year-old lady decided she wanted to start her own Property Management company. When we first met her, she had nine managements to her name, passion and work ethic. Since our first meeting, the only thing that has changed is the size of her rent roll. Now Boss Property Management manages over 100 managements in South Auckland and Katie is the current LPMNZ Property Manager of the Year. At a tender age of 28 and with his youthful looks, you can understand why he is known as the 'Baby Faced Assasin'.
