This Sunday kicked off our 2023 Global Missions Conference. On I Love Homer Sunday, we had the opportunity to hear from special people who are the hands and feet of Jesus in our community, in our state, and across the globe. On our three year journey through the Good Book, Pastor Dr. Aaron Weisser takes us on our final foray in the Old Testament. As we read through the final two chapters of Ezra, his challenge for us is to search for the beacon of hope within this sad story.

This Sunday, I want to take this attack head-on and deal with the accusation directly.  To do so, I will use scripture to explain scripture, reason to unpack what is unreasonable, and where I don’t have the answers, I will let you know.
