DaiQuan Cain is a writer, father, fiction enthusiast, history buff, and a twenty-six-year-old millennial from New York City who's hoping to bring the characters that he's been working on over the past sixteen years of his life to fruition at long last by way of a Kickstarter campaign. "The Silent Descendents" tells the story of an Irish-American family from Yonkers, New York who find themselves distraught after losing their firefighter patriarch Richard Darkfury and (soon-to-be) in-law Ashley DeCiantis in a school bombing perpetrated by a local & powerful crime syndicate called "The Chain Gang" in retaliation for the recent arrest of their leader's son - an act of which they perceived as one of rebellion, given the criminals' long-standing stronghold on the NYPD.

A life-long artist and creator, Ray has been writing and drawing about distant worlds, fantastic heroes and evil villains full-time since 2010. Ray's art and writing style draws from a variety of diverse influences from 80's and 90's cartoons and comics, fantasy, science Fiction, horror as well as being heavily influenced by Japanese manga and anime.
