We already have everything we need for Life and Godliness; there is nothing we need to be or achieve.  Sometimes the hardest thing to do is enter into His rest, even as we learn to exercise power and authority - violence - from that place of rest.

Not a Name it and Claim it, but recognizing what you are in your spirit versus your soul. When we remind your soul what you are in your spirit - generous, strong, creative, just, your soul is drawn by these truths, closer to your spirit. What attributes of your spirit is your soul struggling with? That's likely a place in your soul that God is currently working to bring healing, truth and life. What can we do to help? Re-enforce to our soul what God's truth is, that we ARE life, and love and truth, that we are loving, kind, strong and courageous. That we are joint-heirs with Christ, a co-inheritor with Him, that God loves us unconditionally, and that we are on the Right Track. We can learn to accept change as it happens, be willing to change our behaviors and our beliefs, not put them off till heaven etc. In other words, be engaged without interfering with what He's doing or trying to direct Him or help Him. He knows what we need far better than our soul ever could.
