In part one of Pastor Barney's most current message series taken out of Matthew 21; we are given a contrast between the physical temple as described in the old testament and us as "human" temples (the dwelling place of the Most High God).

Amidst the uncertain and often difficult time we live in, the church does have a purpose.  In this message, we are challenged to recognize the necessity of being SALT and light to those around us, and the importance of sharing with others the "source" of our peace.

The number one question being asked worldwide concerning God is how can I know Him. The Apostle Paul himself stated that his resolute and firmly resolved decision, purpose, aim, goal, and objective was to know Christ and the power of His resurrection. Discerning truth is one of the most vital needs in every person’s life. In dealing with the master deceiver of the mind, reasoning, and judgement how are we to discern what is true and what isn’t? There is one absolutely sure and vital way and in this message that sure way is brought forth.

God’s word clearly points out that our enemy is a master deceiver. So, how can we keep from falling prey to his enticing and masterful deceptions? Jesus let us know that there are keys to the Kingdom and that He has given them to us.  In the message we look at one of those keys.  It is the key to that which practically all people seek to find. What is it? The key to joy and contentment.

Israel in the Old Covenant saw and experienced mind-blowing signs and wonders. Yet, at times after experiencing these things their hearts they would become unbelieving and forgetful of God and His goodness. In this message you will see that having a strong and personal intimacy with God can and will sustain our trust in and faithfulness to God when no miracle is yet manifested or after it has happened.
