Today was the hottest day in April since 1949, I record a show whilst taking in the D...the vitamin D...LOL!

Attempting to structure my podcast a little more as aforementioned in a previous podcast.

I had 15 minutes free to record a podcast before starting to make food so I grabbed the microphone and tried to catch you up with things that have been going on.

Change is coming to this podcast and I'm super excited for it.
