I talk about a day of bank holiday shenanigans at work!

After 4 days away from social media I thought I would share how it affected me!

I talk about picking up my fixed bike, the solar eclipse, podcasts and more - plus a song at the end!

I woke up early and decided today was going to be the day to get stuff done!

I woke up, turned on the microphone and recorded for a bit, talking about timehop and how things are different now.

I cycle a lot, I cycle to get to and from work, and then this day came around...enjoy my rants and live bike-dying on this LONG feature length podcast!

I tried something new the tonight - Cyclecasting - and it actually worked quite well, apart from me sounding like a rutting walrus throughout! LOL

I talk about feeling happy and how I managed to get there.

As the year get closer to ending I thought I'd try to start reconnecting with you guys, the podcast listeners.

I try to update you on the last few days of my life and returning to work.

Trying to explain what I'm currently going through and how I'm trying to fight back.

Don’t be alarmed if you listen to this now, this was recorded over a month ago on the day I was diagnosed with depression by my GP (but I forgot to post it)

I had the whole upstairs of the bus to myself on the way home so I tried to bring all of my thoughts together to let you know what’s going on in my head/life.

Waiting for things to change is so annoying!

This morning I decided to wake up and get creative!

Something I haven’t really talked about before is my own personal experience with suicide and depression.

Not enjoying the hot weather, self-confidence, ramen noodles and saving money!

Talking about audiometric.io, FeedPress, my time as a radio DJ and turning 30!

Decided that I’d record a show from my bed before I had to get ready for work.
