With only 4 days to go until the 2019 Arch D Radio Awards, we revisit our best shows of last year, with this one featuring award nominees Michaela and Lauren, and joined by Kai, all students at Sacred Heart. James also chats to Jayne Shortt from St Vincent de Paul about the incredibly broad work they are currently doing in the community, including engaging schools and students in helping those less fortunate.

It was a fantastic day, featuring Jesuitical, Gospo Collective, Sacred Stone, Genevieve Bryant... workshops, panels and so much more. But for a lot of people, the moment they remember most was Catholic Office for Youth Coordinator, Peter Bierer's talk at the end of mass. It was completely spontaneous, and ended up being one of the most inspirational and moving speeches about the possibilities of what Catholic Youth Ministry could be.

SPECIAL PODCAST – During September 2018, St Gabriel’s School Year 6 students were a part of “The Race To High School”, competing in an ‘Amazing Race’ style event at OLSH College and Blackfriars Priory School. Year 7 is the first year of Secondary School in SA Catholic schools from the beginning of 2019, so we worked together with the 3 schools to develop an exciting new induction activity. We wanted it to be really unique and different to what had been done before... and we recorded the whole journey with the students for this podcast.
