This program targets those who are failing in school, at risk of being incarcerated, or have problems with authority. This program will consist of tutoring, physical fitness, life skills, sessions with mentors, video instruction and many other tools will also be utilized. The main objective is to enhance the thinking ability of the neighborhood youth, as well as promote positive behavior among at-risk children and as a result produce better students that are eager to advance their education rather than participate in criminal activity. Seven core values will be utilized to ensure the structure of the program, discipline, education, accountability, commitment, motivation, respect for authority, and self reliance. These values are designed to manage the child’s behavior, while implementing discipline and education.
