    24/07/2017 Duração: 01h09min

This Lecture covers You should know, may Allah have mercy on you, that we should learn four points: Knowledge: which consists in knowing Allah, knowing His Messenger, and knowing the religion of Islam by knowing the proofs from the Qur’an and the Sunnah. Acting according to this knowledge. Calling other people to this knowledge. Persistence in the face of adversity that results from calling the people to it. And the evidence is from the saying of Allah azza wa jall: “By the Time. Verily Man is in loss. Except such as have Faith, and do righteous deeds, and (join together) in the mutual enjoining of Truth, and of Patience and Constancy.” (103:1-3) Al-Shafiái said about these verses: “If no argument besides this verse had been revealed by Allah to his creatures, it would have been sufficient for them.” Sharh Usool-ith-Thalaathah – Explanation of the Three Fundamental Principles of Imam Muhammad ibn ‘Abdil-Wahhaab [1115-1206 H] Explained by Imam Karim AbuZaid, lectures were delivered @ Dar

    24/07/2017 Duração: 41min

Al Minhaal Academy 7/7/2017 Friday Khutbah by Karim AbuZaid "Relieved or Relieving" “A funeral procession passed by Allah’s Messenger (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) who asked, ‘Relieved or relieving?’ The people asked, ‘O Allah’s Messenger! What is relieved and relieving?’ He said, ‘A believer is relieved (by death) from the troubles and hardships of the world and leaves for the Mercy of Allah (Azza wa Jal), while (the death of) a wicked person relieves the people, the land, the trees, (and) the animals from his evil, wicked actions.’” [Sahih Bukhari] What kind of judgment will be passed on you? Relieved or relieving?

Then they turned, one against another, in blaming. 31. They said: "Woe to us! Verily, we were Taghun (transgressors and disobedient, etc.) 32. We hope that our Lord will give us in exchange a better (garden) than this. Truly, we turn to our Lord (wishing for good that He may forgive our sins, and reward us in the Hereafter)." 33. Important information on Protection from Evil Eye, and Hasad We will post the whole lecture soon in sha Allah 1. Use al-mu’awwidhatayn and Surah Ikhlaas with the right intention. Ibn Al-Qayyim said that “the effectiveness of these surahs is great to repel magic, evil eye, and the rest of the evils and the need for a slave to seek Allah’s protection from these two surahs is greater than his need for self, eating, drinking, and wearing dress [Al-Fawwaid] a. Recite Surah Al-Ikhlaas, Al-Falaq, and An-Naas three times in the morning and evening. The Prophet said: ‘Qul Hoo wAllahu Ahad’ and ‘Muwaidaitain’ when you enter the evening and when you wake up in the morning three times and it will protect you from everything.(Tirmidhee # 3575), Aby Daud (# 5084). Make this a habit and you will gain protection and the great reward of reviving a sunnah, in shaa Allah! b. Blow these surahs over your body before you go to sleep. Aisha narrated that whenever Allah’s Messenger went to bed every night, he used to
