Sometimes we just can't seem to see the hand of God working in our lives. These times can make us feel alone, frustrated and even forgotten. What do we do when this happens? How can we find hope in the midst of hopelessness? We must remember! (Joshua 4:1-7)

God is a relationship and has put that kind of spirit inside of every human heart. When we partner with God in this relationship with Him, faith and works go hand in hand. When we understand that God is our source of life, our provider, and sustainer of dreams, we won’t feel the need to steal.

We can go through the motions of life in our work, family, and even in our relationship with God. But what would our lives look like if our hearts were "all in"? Just getting by is not going to cut it. If we want to be better, do better, and love better, we need God's heart.

When it comes to adultery, there are so many different reasons "why" someone falls to adultery. Reasons range from dissatisfaction in the relationship to an opportunity arising. Whatever the reason, God has His reasons why committing adultery is unhealthy for us and how faithfulness leads to future blessings.

When we speak about worshipping God, it can be very vague. One of the commandments God gave to us was to not bow down to anything else other than Him. Any kind of idol was also forbidden. God knew that other things are empty of life and have no power or capability to do anything for us. God's jealousy is not like ours. His jealousy thinks about us, not about Himself.

In 1 Peter, Peter offers hope to persecuted Christians and guides them with practical instruction on living life consistent with following Jesus.

There are certain things that have happened throughout history that changed history. There are two major events that took place. Noah and the flood, and Jesus and the resurrection. Both came with risks, but it was worth the risk because humanity's future was at stake.

Jesus is the ultimate example of love, compassion, kindness and sacrifice. Through all of what life challenges us with, He is more than enough for us to cling to and follow.
