Job spent a long time on the ash dump - the place where the ashes from the cooking and heating in the homes were dumped. Through his three "friends," the young person, Elihu, and the questions from God, this man learned the power and soverignty of God in repentant way. You and I, as Job, must spend our time of the "ash dump" and repent as well. We have put God in our "box!" And, once again, our Lord shows us that He will NOT be contained in our human understand of Holy God! May your heart be encouraged as you listen to this message by our pastor, Dr. Randy Cheek.

Oftentimes we are guilty of placing God in the "box" we have constructed for Him. We will do His Will as long as we never let God out of His "box!" Noah was confronted with making sure God would not be confined to man's box. Society had grown to anti-God in every way. Noah was the only righteous man alive. Listen as Dr. Randy shares with Moses some things Noah must realize if he was to be God's Ambassador to a new generation of people. As Noah was God's Ambassador, you and I must do the same. Never confine God to the "box" you have made for Him! You will discover He is much bigger than even a 450' long Ark!

Moses threw his rod on the ground! What happened? It became a snake - a representation of the epitome of evil! But, what did God command Moses to do? PICK IT UP...BY ITS TAIL!! There is a right way to pick up a snake. Simply stated...the right way to pick up our "snakes" is GOD'S WAY! If we are going to be God's Ambassador on this earth, we are going to have to do things GOD'S WAY including dealing with evil all around us!

Through the Old Testament experience of Jonah, listen to Dr. Randy as he share about what it means to be God's Ambassador on this earth. Each sermon concludes with a "Key Word," which defines what we must do in order to be God's Ambassador on this earth.

Great and Mighty is the Lord our God! Psalm 147:5 is the theme verse for our Vactation Bible School beginning on Sunday, June 24. Today we preached the message about the meaning of this simple, yet so profound verse and our Director of Children's Ministries, Mrs. Karen Harrison, closed out our service by sharing with our congregation the prayer guide for VBS leading our church body to pray each day for a specific need of VBS as we approach this great outreach event.
