I was recently asked, what is Reiki for… Well, the usually description is that it’s an energy balancing technique, used for relaxation, to support release or balancing of physical pain, etc… Which is all true, but what isn’t usually expressed, and what is the greatest gift of Reiki, in my experience, is that it clarifies your expression, your life experience and helps you to work through layers of old ideas, wounds, restrictions and so on. I started with Reiki as a way to help alleviate stress and to gain mental clarity, but what I got was so much more!
