When Jesus directs us to pray, he invites us to address his Father in heaven. Speaking with God as Father is something we do often without considering what it means.. We will spend the next few weeks looking at the scriptures' vision of our heavenly Father: as the almighty creator, the lord of existence, who eternally begets the Son in the Spirit and to whom all glory and honour is due. Yet somehow, we are adopted into intimate and secure status as children by the redemption of Christ and the indwelling work of the Holy Spirit. Our Father in heaven is unlike anything we see on earth. Come and hear as Matt directs our gaze over the next three weeks to our Father in Heaven, the Father of the birds and lillies and the Father of heavenly lights
