Julian Coryell began playing the guitar at the tender age of five, and quickly exhibited a natural talent for the instrument (and other instruments as well – piano, bass, and drums to name a few). Son of famed guitarist Larry Coryell, Julian’s musical gifts were nourished and he began writing music at a young age. Born in Brooklyn many moons ago, Mitchel began studying classical piano at age 7. Shortly after graduating from Manhattan School of Music, Mitch began touring and recording with Gerry Mulligan, playing in both his big band and quartet. Work with Stan Getz followed. In 1980 his solo career began with a piano performance at the Newport Jazz Festival. Lynn Mabry, born in a musical family & raised in church, singing was as natural as breathing. In 1975 she audition for Latin artist Coke Escovedo at the suggestion of a friend. A naturally gifted musician, San Diego born bassist Darryl Williams began playing bass at the young age of 13. Within two years he was playing at local clubs and events around the San Diego area, which includes opening up for smash RnB group Lakeside. He also played with Gospel Legend Shirley Caesar at age 16.
