The Pharisees want to trap Jesus in an argument. He's been defeating them at their own game, and so they bring Him a case they believe He cannot talk His way out of — a woman caught in sin. Jesus is always controversial. To this crowd, His claim to be the Christ divides them strongly. The religious leaders are enraged and want to kill Him, where the common people see Him and believe in Him. Which are you? Pray through these questions with God in honesty and trust.

Yesterday, we experienced the woman at the well in a new way. Today, we're talking about the response of the disciples to Jesus' incredible conversation with this woman—and it's a pretty relatable experience.
