Coming in at the end of the month of July is the latest HIT-POINTS, this time taking aim at Platinum's much celebrated Bayonetta, which only recently received a PC port. It's the first attempt of something new at the Console Yourself podcast, something we're calling Gaming Tales. The idea is an occasional special where we try to spin a good yarn about a personal gaming experience. Taking inspiration from Silent Hill and David Lynch, Jasper Bryne spent over 7 years creating this 2D pixel horror. Leaning towards the mysterious and psychological side of the horror spectrum and featuring a cast of characters such as The Man Who Wears A Box and Her, Lone Survivor asks a lot of questions, often leaving it up to the player to find their own answers.
