This is the last and final episode of Tall Tales recorded one on one from NYC, this week I sat down with Lawrence Schlossman aka @sartoriallyinc on social media.  A famous fashion bro on the internet!  We spoke about Brandon Wardell, DJ drops, celebs on the plane, Adam Sandler, Materialism, all kinds of fashion stuff, buying clothes for tall people, mid 2000’s clubbing, the fetishizing of fashion figures, and so much more! 

Today is another one-on-one podcast Jason recorded in New York, this week we welcome rapper, cultured man, food lover, guy with an inspiring story: Heems.  Originally a member of Das Racist, now solo and putting out a new record soon.  We chat about Indian stuff, addiction stuff, music stuff, and it’s a great pod!  Special thanks to Chris Black for letting me record in his house.

Comedian, Writer, tweeterman, Yassir Lester returns to the pod, since the last time time we spoke he’s appeared as a recurring man in HBO’S Girls, written episodes of big TV shows, started a conspiracy theory podcast with his brother, and he’s even going to host a show of his own.  He’s so much more than that, and Jason & Him sat down for a one on one podcast recorded live at Chris Black’s house in New York City.

This week we welcome Pizzaslime on our podcast.  Matt & Nick started out in music management and branding, and started their own clothing and online marketing company.    We chat with the about the possibility of dating and meeting people in grocery stores, their story coming up,  why guys feel the need to surround themselves with beautiful women, and how people use different and new methods to do that.  learning how to run a business, millennial marketing, photographers, rape whistles, beanie babies, and so much more!

This week we welcome legendary NY DJ, fellow tall bro, and most recently documentary film maker Stretch Armstrong!  We chat with him about his veganism, sleeping on planes, his very free father, meditation, the process of filming his documentary about his world famous radio show (now showing on Showtime) gay stuff, Japanese incense, Lauren Hill, and some edible marijuana stories.

This week we welcome back Australia's Nina Las Vegas and first timer, producer and DJ Swick.  We talk about coachella stories, the struggles of working with other songwriters, Australia being haunted, how cool smoking is, LAX customs stories, putting weird stuff in coffee, american toilets, snapchat, marshmellow, dealing with fans and selfies, and so much more 

This week our old friend comedian, writer, rapper, podcaster Jensen Karp returns to talk to us about his new book!  It's called Kanye West owes me $300, and it's full of insane stories of his career as a child rapper, we also make fun of how Nikki says "Yoshinoya" and overall it's a great pod.

This week we welcome back our friend Josh aka Goldroom, fresh of a coachella set, finishing up his new album, we chat about some coconut related food trends, coachella stories, read some EDM fan fiction, talk about the new Drake and Beyonce, and so much more.

This week on Tall Tales Nikki is out of the office at Coachella so I unfortunately brought our friend Chris Chang aka @negnance on for a chat about beyonce lemonade, asap ferg album, dogs pooping, plus some pretty tight iphone google search history. 

This week Jason and Nikki chat with past guest, pal, DJ, etc Gina Turner, and her friend, spiritual guru, conspiracy theory podcaster, etc Tim Rothschild.  They got me to eat their homemade edible pot snacker and then we talk about a bunch of conspiracies, do a reading on nikki’s numerology, take listener questions, it gets deep.

This week Jason and Nikki are join by our in house artist and friend some hoodlum (adam) and pod pal Neha Potalia.  They’ve both done the show before and we go over some possible new Tall Tales segment ideas, some listener questions from them about us, and we all learn a lot about each other (anime)

This week Jason & Nikki chat with Josh Madden, brother of Benji and Joel Madden from Good Charlotte and a zillion other things, friend to many and a real sweet man.  We talk to him about shoe shopping, their Jewish origins, growing up in Washington D.C. and having some wild early 2000s moments, DJing, female DJ movements, all 4 types of people who work at whole foods, sobriety, and so much more!

Lil Texas is a producer and DJ from Texas, living here in LA.  Jason and Nikki chat with him about overcoming drug addiction, Jazz music, growing up in Dallas and how it’s like Orange County, male periods, feedback, monster energy drink, going to music school in Boston, piercings, tattoos, Modest Mouse, working in kitchens, vaping, sober living houses, and so much more!  Very tight pod.
