It’s tough to wait for anything, but it’s really tough when we have to wait for God. We want things to change and we want them to change NOW. But that’s not the way God works. He goes at His pace. Revelation 12As we step into the season of Advent, we enter into a time of waiting, we are getting in touch with our wants. There is a lot of stuff we might want for Christmas: an action figure, a new car, a winter coat, or a ticket to a new vacation spot. From a historical perspective, Christ's birth was anticipated for thousands of years. People's expectations were shaped by the promises of God, "the Savior will come!"
