It has been nearly two years since we shared the story of Grundy County Jane Doe, whose remains were discovered in October 1976 by a farmer in rural Seneca, Illinois. When we initially researched her story, we learned that her case was reopened by ambitious Deputy Coroner Brandon Johnson, who works in Grundy County, Illinois. At that time, the coroner’s office had recently exhumed Jane Doe and had sent a bone to a lab for DNA testing, but results had not come back from the lab. The coroner’s office considered several possibilities for identifying Jane Doe if her DNA was not matched to a profile already in the CODIS database. We initially told Paige’s story in February of 2020. Since that time, there have been many developments in her case, including the recovery of her remains and the arrest of the person suspected of seriously harming or killing her. Camille Dardanes Dotson disappeared from Las Vegas, Nevada, sometime in September of 1994. While she once had a promising future, Camille had been on a downward spiral for quite some time. Unfortunately, it took months to report Camille missing, and the police didn’t seem very interested in looking for her. Camille’s mom moved to Las Vegas and began spending her free time searching for her daughter, but no one had seen Camille. Mysteriously, Camille’s missing person’s case was closed by the Las Vegas Metro Police Department months later and wasn’t reopened until the early 2000s, when a friend began seeking answers. On May 6, 2016, 17-year-old Kianna Galvin told her sister that she was going to the park and left the family home in South Elgin, Illinois, on foot. Kianna did not go to the park but instead walked to the house of an acquaintance. Neighbors later reported that they saw Kianna going into the house, but she did not come out. Her cell phone died or was shut off several hours later, and she hasn’t been seen since. We first brought you Zachary Kennedy's story in January of 2018. Zachary disappeared from Long Beach, California, on October 22, 2017. He was at the home of an acquaintance, Scott Leo, when his phone activity suddenly stopped, and the phone powered down. On the evening of November 14, 1989, 16-year-old Jennifer Fay left her home in Brockton, Massachusetts, to hang out with some friends. On the evening of July 11, 2020, Carolyn Riggins left her apartment in Fort Worth, Texas, to go to her favorite bingo hall down the street. She played bingo that night, and other players reported that Carolyn won several hundred dollars. Carolyn then went to a nearby convenience store, made a few small purchases, and left. Several hours later, not long after midnight, her vehicle’s license plate was caught on camera headed north toward Oklahoma. On March 10, 2019, Roger Taylor disappeared. He was at his home in Vernon, Alabama, and according to his wife, he began acting out of character. For several years, Roger had been disabled after a stroke and several other serious health problems. He wasn't known to leave home often or drive due to his limited mobility. His wife said that he left that day in their car headed across the state line into Monroe County, Mississippi. He was allegedly headed to his daughter's home. Roger texted his daughter at 9:44 PM, stating that he was lost and stuck. A couple of days after Roger disappeared, his car was found abandoned on a dead-end road in Monroe County, Mississippi. Despite extensive searches of the area, no trace of Roger Taylor has been found. In July of 2019, 23-year-old Khiara Henry was visiting Hawaii, enjoying a leisure trip by herself. An avid traveler and accomplished athlete, Khiara joined several tour groups for hikes and sightseeing on her vacation. On July 21, 2019, Khiara rented a car from the Kahului airport. The last confirmed sighting of Khiara was on surveillance footage at the rental agency. Less than a week later, an employee of the rental car company contacted Khiara's sister to let her know that the vehicle was found abandoned in a state park. No one has seen Khiara Henry since. On December 9, 1988, Joan Bernal and her family were preparing to leave their home in Joliet, Illinois, and head to Texas to visit her husband’s parents for the holidays. Things didn’t go as planned, and they were only able to bring one of their children. According to Joan’s husband Gil, they left the following morning, and Joan asked to be let out of the car in Oklahoma. She wanted to go back home and try to get her children from a previous relationship and bring them to Texas. Gil stated that he dropped her off near a McAlester, Oklahoma bus stop, and gave her some cash to get back to Illinois. Viola Findley, a 28-year-old mother of 3, was visiting family in Florida in September of 1983. After her visit, it is believed and assumed that she was making her way back home to her children in Waterloo, Iowa. However, Viola never made it home. The point in which Viola went missing is a mystery. Proper steps were not taken when Viola went missing, and the family has been hard-pressed to get answers. On June 29, 2013, 25-year-old Jayme Bryant contacted several family members and let them know that he had been to the hospital on June 28 after sustaining injuries from a fall. He said that the doctors thought he could have pneumonia and told him to return the following day. Jayme told his mom that he would call her after he left the hospital, but that call never came and no one ever heard from Jayme Bryant again.Jayme was quite a nomadic individual. He bounced around, staying with various friends and only owned a backpack full of belongings. If friends and family went a few days or even a week without hearing from him, it was not out of the norm. However, after about a week, his friends reached out to Jayme's sister to see if he had spoken to his family. When they realized that he was nowhere to be found, they filed a missing persons report. On the evening of May 24, 2020, 52-year-old Emily Noble was out celebrating her birthday with her husband. They stopped at several restaurants in a popular part of Westerville, Ohio, and then made their way home for the evening. During the night, Emily’s husband got up to use the restroom and then went back to sleep in a guest room, not wanting to disturb Emily. When he woke up later that morning, Emily was gone, and her wallet, phone, keys, and car were still at the residence. Emily has not been seen since the evening she went out for her birthday, and rumors and allegations have swirled around this story from day one.Last week, human remains were found in a wooded area not far from Emily's condo. At this time, those remains have not been identified.On September 22, 2020, the Westerville Police Department held a press conference about the remains recovered last week. They said that the dental comparison was "consistent" with Emily Noble's dental records but that they are going to do DNA test to be sure. The

On the evening of February 28, 2019, 20-year-old Matthew Anfeldt disappeared after leaving his mom’s house in Tenino, Washington. He had spent the day with his sister and her boyfriend. The three went out bowling together earlier in the day before returning home. Videos that his sister took that day show Matthew smiling and laughing. They returned to his mom’s home, and Matthew spent more time chatting with his sister. To those who saw Matthew that day, everything seemed normal. Matthew got up to get his cell phone and never came back to his sister’s room. Within minutes, she heard sirens outside and learned that several people had witnessed Matthew’s sudden, panicked behavior nearby. Dispatchers began getting more calls about Matthew from a Speedway a couple of miles down the road. By the time they got there, Matthew had disappeared. During the July 4th holiday in 2006, 18-year-old Roxanne Paltauf left home to spend a few days celebrating her anniversary with her boyfriend, a much older man with a lengthy criminal history. The couple checked into a hotel in Austin, Texas, which was the last time Roxanne was ever seen. Her boyfriend later stated that the two got into an argument, and she left with nothing but her state identification. He claimed that he looked for her prior to calling her mother the next day to inform her that Roxanne was missing. Roxanne's family immediately knew something was wrong and alerted the authorities. While all signs seemed to point to her boyfriend, another man later became a person of interest as well. In early 1993, 18-year-old Bonnie Dages was adjusting to life being a new mom to her infant son, Jeremy. Right before Jeremy was born in December of 1992, Bonnie completed a GED course. A few months later, she took a job as a live-in nanny with a local family, which allowed her to care for Jeremy while working. From the outside, things appeared to be going well for Bonnie. On the evening of April 28, 1993, Bonnie left home with Jeremy to meet someone at a local grocery store in Brandon, Florida. They never returned home, and Bonnie's minivan was later found abandoned in the grocery store's parking lot. It has been a long 27 years since Bonnie and Jeremy were seen alive, but their family is hoping that someone out there has a clue that may help solve this case.
