Kinny was back in middle class studios from another holiday  We talked about what we have coming up and are though on Shinobi and also a lot of general goings on 

Today we were joined by top European MMA fighter Mike Wootten who explained his journey into MMA an his experience on the ultimate fighter. He also talked about the enjoyment that he gets from the coaching aspect of MMA. after two years out of the cage he lets everyone know that he will be back in the near future so keep a look out for this extremley talented guy.

Today we were joined by Michael downs who is current serving royal marine commando who in a member of the army Marines team and an active BJJ competitor. He explained how marital arts helped prepare him for the marine training.
