At 23, Frankie DiCarlantonio is the youngest county party chairman in Ohio. And as a Democrat in Jefferson County, he's working to rebuild a party with younger faces in an economically struggling area that in 2016 turned to Trump. On the Buckeye Forum politics podcast we discuss the challenges.
