Romans 8:38-39 & Isaiah 54:17 God loves us no matter what; it is part of God's character that He loves us. Sometimes the hardest person to love is ourselves. 2 Timothy 1:7 & Romans 8:28 Paul tells us to be strong, not timid, as he writes to us from prison. God gives us the power to build up the church. Matthew 6:33 & James 4:10 Come to the Lord and be humble. Sometimes we have a tendency to be self-reliant and not want to stop and pray for God's help. James 4:8 & Psalm 139:23-24 Father, be with us and near us every day. Amen. Sometimes it's hard to let God take complete control in our lives. Each day we spend in prayer, brings us closer and closer to God. Walking with God becomes easier when we pray to God continually. Be thankful to God and praise Him.
