V.J. Smith of Mad Dads Minneapolis starts the hour off with Roshini. V.J. says he started Mad Dads in 1998 because he was part of the problem. Now, he and his team go unarmed where violence is and try to find resolutions. He shares his take on what Minneapolis needs next. Jonathan Weinhagen, CEO of Minneapolis Chamber joins at the bottom of the hour. The business community is against disbanding the Minneapolis Police. Jonathan gets into concerns and solutions. 

Roshini talks this years 4th of July and opens up the phone lines. Kendall Qualls is an army vet and GOP candidate. Kendall is taking on Minnesota third District incumbent Dean Phillips in the US Congress. He shares strong opinions about the black and white divide in Minnesota, why he believes Phillips is doing a disservice to black people, plus why he urges the country to get focused on two-parent households. 

Lt. Bob Kroll is the President of Minneapolis Police Officers Federation. He joins for the entire 1pm hour along with fellow Federation board member, officer Rich Walker.  We get Lt. Kroll's reaction to the Minneapolis City Council’s first move toward abolishing the Minneapolis Police Department. Plus, all four officers in the Floyd case are in court Monday for a pre-trial hearing. How might this influence the Union’s next steps? Officer Walker is a 15-year veteran and Federation board member for five years. He is the 2nd black person in the history of the Union Board (first was in the 70's). He gets into reactions the Board has to citizen complaints as well as officer grievances.

Steve Yoch works at Falhaber Larson Law Firm. Mr. Yoch joins to share if you can get sued for things you post on Twitter and other social media outlets? Steve shares the current state of the law and prevention tips for young people who might worry about their reps later. Roshini opens up the phone lines for a segment.
