What Are The Seventy Weeks of Daniel? 01-13-24
16/01/2024 Duração: 52minRecorded on January 13, 2024 at Tarzana. In this message, Rabbi Gary investigates the meaning of the seventy weeks prophecy that was provided by Daniel (Daniel 9:24-27). Yeshua had said, "Then when you see the abomination that makes desolate spoken by the prophet Daniel standing in the holy place (let the reader understand).." (Matthew 24:15). This statement by Yeshua necessitates that we turn our attention to what Daniel had written. What we learn is what is meant by "weeks," for whom these "weeks" are decreed, what is to take place during this period of time, and the starting point when these "weeks" begin. Next message we will address the meaning of the phrase "Messiah Prince" (vs. 25), what will take place after the 483rd year of the 490 Years (seventy sevens), and what will initiate the final seven years. Prayer for Joy and Peace 12-30-2023
05/01/2024 Duração: 40minMessage from December 30, 2023 in Tarzana. This message is taken from Romans 15:13. The entire section beginning at verse 7 is about accepting, receiving, or welcoming one another. Earlier Paul wrote we should so accept one another because God has accepted us (Romans 14:3) and now writes we should accept one another because Messiah accepts us (Romans 15:7). Paul then goes on to write that both the Jewish and Gentile believers ought to accept one another for this was God's plan and purpose from the beginning. To support this point Paul reaches back into the Hebrew Scriptures to defend his statement. He quotes from II Samuel 22:50 and Psalm 18:49; Deuteronomy 32:43; Psalm 117:1; and Isaiah 11:10. Paul appeals to these verses for two major reasons: First, they are progressive in nature. The first passage quoted speaks of David praising God among the Gentiles. The second passage speaks of Gentiles praising God with the Jewish people. The third passage is a call to Gentiles to worship God. And the fourth passa

Psalm 100 - A Psalm for Thanksgiving - 11-25-23 - Tarzana
27/11/2023 Duração: 46minPsalm 100 is a unique psalm in that it is the only psalm among the 150 psalms that is specified to be a "Psalm for Giving Thanks" (vs.1). It's structure is laid out beautifully. In verses 1-2, we have three imperatives: "shout," "worship," and "come." Then in verse 4, we have three more imperatives: "enter," "give thanks," and "praise." Between these six imperatives, and we have another in verse 3 that links them all together, "know." The overall structure of the psalm is that we are to always be thankful for two primary reasons: 1. The LORD is God and as such, he is Creator (vs. 3). 2. The LORD is Good and as such, he is Redeemer (vs.5). When one knows the true God as Creator and Redeemer, and thus has become "his," and the "sheep of his pasture," having received his "enduring forever love and faithfulness," then such a one has every reason to be thankful.Watch on YouTube: https://youtube.com/li

What Did Yeshua Say About The End Times (Pt 4) - Matt. 24-25 - 11-18-23 AM
21/11/2023 Duração: 42minIn this message we look at Yeshua's statement, "So when you see standing in the holy place the abomination that causes desolation spoken of through the prophet Daniel..." and then focus our attention on Daniel chapter 9 and the prophecy of the "Seventy Weeks" (Daniel 9:24). We particularly note the context, the proper meaning of the Hebrew word translated "weeks," the focus of Daniel's prophecy, and the six promises which will take place at the conclusion of the time period revealed to Daniel.Watch complete service on YouTube:https://youtube.com/live/TtjYZG-q2hoSend us a text
