Off - Script Dialogue
15/04/2018 Duração: 02minOff-Script Dialogue Russell shares some top tips on how to encourage your broadcasters to develop their handover conversational skills. Russell calls this Off Script and it's a couple of lines that don't get written down. In fact they're not allowed to write this down and have to make it up. Usually it's a comment about the previous item or just a warm and generous welcome to what's coming up in their report. The important aspect is that this dialogue isn't written down! I can be rehearsed of course! Another cracking tutorial delivered in Russell's fast paced live radio format. Russell would like to thank Ian Rockey - Headteacher of Westwood with Iford Primary School for his kind permission that has allowed us to share this with you. This recording is part of Russell's Radio Academy, a collection of top-tips and self-help audio recordings for those engaged in the World of Education Radio.
