Jill Behrman
17/02/2020 Duração: 01h11min19-year-old Jill Behrman was a bright and ambitious college student at Indiana University in Bloomington when she went missing in 2000. Her partial remains were later found in 2003 by a hunter. Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the puzzling disappearance and murder of Jill Behrman. There were confessions over the years in Jill's case, all of which were later recanted. But one man, John Myers, had made a number of suspicious statements over the years. Police charged him with Jill's murder in 2006 and a jury ultimately convicted him for the murder. His conviction was later overturned and the state is currently appealing that decision and will wait to see whether they will retry Myers. Martha Moxley

This case drew national attention due to the fact that the Moxley's lived across the street from the Skakel family who had ties to the Kennedy clan. Michael Skakel, who was 15-years-old at the time of Martha's murder, was eventually arrested, charged and tried with the murder. But, a series of legal wranglings over the years resulted in his conviction being overturned. The question remains, who really murdered Martha Moxley. Evelyn Hernandez

Evelyn's torso was later found floating in the San Francisco Bay but Alex has never been found. Evelyn's case has drawn many comparisons to the murder case of Laci Peterson because of the similar location and timeframe. But, there are stark differences in these cases when it comes to the amount of print and television coverage that they received. The school notified Zachary's mother that he had not made it and she called police to report him missing. The police and volunteers began a massive search for Zachary and they found a number of witnesses who saw the young boy that morning. One witness saw a man wearing what appeared to be a police jacket following Zachary. Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the disappearance of Zachary Ramsey. The case heats up for investigators when they learn about a despicable man named Nathaniel Benjamin Levi Bar-Jonah. Bar-Jonah committed many horrible crimes over the years, beginning when he was only seven-years-old. Did this man abduct and murder Zachary Ramsay? Ep146 - The I70 Killer
13/01/2020 Duração: 01h03minIn 1992, six murders occurred just off Interstate 70 in the states of Indiana, Kansas, and Missouri. At first, these appeared to be random on-off murders. They were committed many miles apart from each other and each law enforcement agency was unaware of the others. Eventually, they were linked through the use of ballistics. Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss these baffling murders committed on the long stretch of roadway known as Interstate 70. The killer had a very distinctive MO. He picked smaller shops where most likely only one employee would be working, and most often that one employee would be a woman. He used a .22 gun to commit the murders and didn't always take all of the cash in the store. Many people believe that the killer moved on to Texas to commit similar murders there. On the night of March 2nd, 1998, Suzanne finished up her shift at her job and boarded a bus back to her dorm. She was last seen getting off the bus around 9:40 but she never made it back to her dorm. Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the mysterious disappearance of Suzanne Lyall. The investigation into her disappearance did not start right away, something that her family worked hard to change through years of legislative changes. But, the question of what happened to Suzanne has yet to be answered. The police have questioned a number of persons of interest over the years but have not been able to solve this mystery. 02/12/2019 Duração: 54minIn January 1981, the body of a female was found in Bossier Parish, Louisiana. She had been stabbed to death. The body could not be identified and became known as Bossier Doe. Investigators put out her age range as between 16 and 20-year-old. They put out what she was wearing and other identifying features. But, for 34 years, the authorities could not identify Bossier Doe, nor could they solve her murder. It wasn't until 2015 that the authorities revealed that they had identified Bossier Doe as Carol Ann Cole. Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the mysterious case of Bossier Doe / Carol Ann Cole. Carol Ann was originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan, but had found her way to Louisiana. Authorities never gave up on Bossier Doe and it took both incredible skill and luck to finally identify her. Ep140 - Arpana Jinaga

She had a great job as a software engineer and was going to school to get her graduate degree. She was driven and volunteered her time at numerous organizations. On Halloween night in 2008, Arpana's apartment complex had a party where residents went from unit to unit celebrating throughout the night. Sometime early the next morning, Arpana was brutally murdered and sexually assaulted in her apartment. Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the circumstances surrounding Arpana Jinaga's death. The crime scene was bizarre. Her killer or killers had attempted to wipe away traces of DNA with different types of chemicals. But, they were unsuccessful and it was DNA that led police to two men who they believed played a role in Arpana's death. Ep139 - The Austin Ax Murders
18/11/2019 Duração: 01h10minFrom December 1884 to December 1885, an unknown killer terrorized the town of Austin, Texas. This person murdered 8 people and injured many more. The killer started out targeting African-American women who worked as servants in affluent Austin homes. For this reason, you will often see this case referred to as The Servant Girl Annihilator case, a term penned by an author back in the 1880s. Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the Austin Ax Murders. The crimes committed by this perpetrator were horrific. Many of these women were dragged out of the home in the middle of the night and murdered with an ax. The killer left behind a signature or calling card in many of the murders. But questions abound in this case that may lead to clues about the killer. Why did the killers select the victims he did? Was it because he had some type of intimate knowledge of the homes that these servants lived/worked in? This case is also intriguing for the fact that many people have tried to tie this case in with Jack The Ripper. C

In 2010, 19-year-old Nikki Lyn Forrest was four months pregnant when she disappeared from Troy, Ohio. Nikki had told some friends and family that she was thinking about picking up and moving. But, Nikki didn't pick up her paycheck at work and her purse was found by a couple out walking. These were things police felt no one would have willingly left behind. In 2011, Katelyn Markham, of Fairfield, Ohio, never showed up for her shift at the bridal shop where she worked. She had many exciting things happening in her life at the time; she was getting ready to graduate from art school and was set to marry her fiancee. 04/11/2019 Duração: 55minWe're bringing you two unsolved cases in this episode. The first is the 1975 murders at a VA hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Over a six week period, a large number of patients experienced respiratory attacks, some that proved to be fatal. The FBI was called in and pinned the murders on two ICU nurses who had recently immigrated from the Philippines. The second case is the murder of James Adamski, who went missing in the early hours of Halloween in 1982. James was an 18-year-old senior who attended a Halloween party at a bar and never made it home. His body was later found in a remote field by some hunters. In 1978, Michael Forness and Stephen Bender were killed while working at the Wing Hollow Ski resort. The two men walked in on a robbery in progress and were executed by the burglars. In 1970, a 23-year-old nurse named Carol Ann Fitzmaurice was murdered inside the farmhouse she shared with her husband. Both cases haunted him throughout his career and into retirement. Leads were hard to come by in both cases and those that police did find turned out to lead nowhere. In 1996, 25-year-old Amy Fleming was a teacher who never made it to school one day. Colleagues later found her strangled to death inside her home. Lee County investigators are still actively searching for her killer. 13 years earlier, in 1983, 30-year-old Gary Dawson was found murdered in a Lee County farmer's hog pen. Investigators made arrests early on in the case but couldn't get a murder conviction. Then, many years later, police arrested the same individuals. Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss these two Lee County murder cases. Amy's killer is still unidentified. The circumstances around Gary's murder are cloudy. Suspects have been arrested. Plea deals have been made. One person is still awaiting trial. The question of who murdered Gary Dawson has not yet been answered. 07/10/2019 Duração: 01h01minIn this episode, we are diving into three unsolved murder in Iowa. 25-year-old mother Jackie Douthart went missing on May 23, 2011, after a night out with friends. Her body was found almost a year later. Police had serious questions about one of Jackie's friends, a man who supposedly dropped her off after their night out partying. But, police would never get the chance to ask all of their questions about this suspect because he took his own life. Then, in 2012, two cousins, Lyric Cook-Morrissey and Elizabeth Collins were riding their bikes near Meyers Lake when they went missing. Townspeople came forward to report a suspicious white SUV driving around town and near the lake. The authorities found the bikes of both girls very quickly on a trail near the lake. But, it was 5 months before their bodies were discovered in a wildlife park about 25 miles from their home. Ep132 - Marlene Warren
30/09/2019 Duração: 01h01minIn 1990, 40-year-old wife and mother of two, Marlene Warren, was shot as she opened her front door. The person who shot her was dressed up as a clown, holding a bouquet of flowers and some balloons in one hand, and a pistol in the other. Early on in the investigation, police heard rumors that Marlene's husband Mike was having an affair with a woman named Sheila Keen who worked at the used car business that Mike and Marlene owned. Witnesses said that Sheila looked like the woman who bought the flowers, balloons and purchased a clown outfit. But, the police couldn't put enough together to charge anyone and the case went cold. Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the murder of Marlene Warren. In the years after the murder, Mike and Sheila got married and lived what appeared to be a great life. But, as is happening more and more in these cold cases, DNA would catch up with Sheila in 2017.
