The judicial branch has just dumped buckets of sand into what should be a straight-forward process of this administration being able to undo what was an unlawful executive action in the first place. Unfortunately, and I hate to say it, but Chief Justice John Roberts strikes yet again. By the time this gets through the courts again, it will be a new presidential term, and if Biden were to win, DACA rescission is gone and lawless people would have been able to weaponize the courts and able to thwart the President they don't like. This is not the way the rule of law and our system of liberty is supposed to work. The political persecution of General Michael Flynn continues on. I wish I could report to you today that the Appellate Court judges or the District Court judge have dismissed the case against General Flynn and apologized to him for the injustice he has suffered. That is not possible yet. I do have a new development in the case to share with you though. Sidney Powell had to respond again yesterday detailing why the case should be dismissed and additionally, why John Gleeson’s motion was a smear job against Flynn. This “extraordinary case” is really a zombie case against Flynn. The case against General Flynn is dead by facts and law, but the partisans keeps animating it to punish President Trump and to serve as a warning to anyone who supports Trump. General Michael Flynn faced the latest battle in the Deep State’s war against him last Friday. And it didn’t look good. You remember that instead of dropping the garbage charges against him as requested by the Department of Justice after the abusive practices of law enforcement and prosecutors were revealed, the judge in his case took the extraordinary step of fighting the dismissal, asking for reinforcements, and suggesting that General Flynn should be charged with additional crimes! Flynn asked the higher court to step in and give him the dismissal he deserves. Three appellate judges heard oral arguments on his motion last Friday, June 12.
