Also, the People's Sheriff discusses the history of planned parenthood, originally known as Birth Control Council of America, with a detailed look at the founder Margret Sanger and her sordid character, including her subscription to eugenics and racist views of black people. She believed they were inferior and were candidates for elimination at birth to create a master race, she named The Negro Project.

Sheriff Clarke feels the only racism involved in this case is by the riot starters and pointed towards him for fully backing the officer.
