Doug finishes up our study of Chapter 12 of Hebrews looking at our race of FAITH and the two races we can run! We can run to Sinai or Zion? This passage reveals God's instructions to us about the two types of race we can run, performance or faith, the two responses we can have to His Word, reject or receive, and the two results of our response, an inheritance that can't be shaken or judgement. I hope you still are encouraged that our God is sovereign, He calls us to run our race of faith with courage and conviction, and wants us to be ALL IN with Him!! Remember last week, we looked at the exhortation that only Jesus can give them 24/7 ACCESS to the Father, the assurance that comes from the TOTAL forgiveness of our sins, and provide a 24/7 ADVOCATE in the Holy of Holies! Because of the CROSS, we should DRAW NEAR, HOLD FAST, and STIR UP each other! I hope you still are encouraged that God is sovereign and wants you to be ALL IN with Him!!

Doug continues digging into Hebrews 10 looking at verses 23-25 where the writer is calling the Hebrew audience to DRAW NEAR, HOLD FAST, and STIR UP each other! Remember last week, we looked at the exhortation that only Jesus can give them 24/7 ACCESS to the Father, the assurance that comes from the TOTAL forgiveness of our sins, and provide a 24/7 ADVOCATE in the Holy of Holies! Because of the CROSS, we have been shown God's mercy and His justice has been satisfied. We can rest spiritual because we now have 24/7 access to the Father because of JESUS! Doug digs further into Hebrews 10 looking at verses 19-22 where the writer is helping the Hebrew audiences to understand the ACCESS, ASSURANCE, and ADVOCATE they have in Jesus! Exhorting them not to go back to the old system that cannot give them 24/7 ACCESS to the Father, or the assurance that comes from the TOTAL forgiveness of our sins, or provide a 24/7 ADVOCATE in the Holy of Holies! Because we have been shown mercy and God's justice has been satisfied, we now have 24/7 access to the Father because of JESUS!
