John Fox is one of the nicest and most charismatic people in the entire NFL organization. As head coach of the Denver Broncos, he's built a team in the mile high city that's a serious contender and under his leadership, his team is poised for another great year. He happens to be a Train fan as well, and he came out to see us play at Red Rocks, and sat down for a conversation about football, life, and what it's like to have one of the craziest, most stressful jobs in sports.

Our guest this week survived the era of 80s hair metal, and today he tells his story. As the drummer and a founding member of the band Danger Danger, he toured with all the biggest acts of the 80s and early 90s, and saw the meteoric rise of the metal scene. Striking Matches are a brand new country duo out of Nashville, Tennessee. Before opening for Train in Tahoe, Justin and Sarah took the time to sit down with Pat, Jerry and Pergo and tell their story and play some music. The Gin Blossoms got started in the late 80s, and by the mid 90s, they had written some huge hits. He did all this while becoming one of the early promoters of the mountain bike scene in the bay area and later becoming a liquor mogul with his Cabo Wabo Tequila.
