NEW CamoGhost MMA Podcast Episode!! On this weeks episode we recapped the UFC Fight Night event Barbosa vs Kevin Lee, how that card went down, and we did some fight analysis. We talked about our awesome adventures this weekend at the Colosseum Combat 44 MMA event in Kokomo Indiana where we got to sit cage side for an amazing fight card!  We also talked about some of the latest MMA news and so much more!

On this weeks episode we had on Colosseum Combat Welterweight Champion Cameron Van Camp and the Colosseum Combat owner and promoter extraordinaire Mark Slater. We talked about the upcoming fight night event Colosseum Combat 44 in Kokomo Indiana on April 21st which is headlined by Cameron Van Camp as he takes on Thomas Gifford for the Lightweight belt. Yes that is correct, Cameron is looking to hold both the LW AND WW belts for Colosseum Combat among the many other titles that he already owns. This episode was a really good one, we got to know Cameron and what he is all about, we got to hype the CC44 fight card, and as always we had a great fucking time doing it!

On this weeks episode of the CamoGhost MMA Podcast episode we have on our friend and all around MMA badass Aaron Uncaged Highbaugh! We talked about Aarons upcoming fight for Colosseum Combat 44 against Que Parks taking place in Kokomo Indiana on April 21st. We also talked about what it takes to be a man knowing mechanics and tying ties, Aarons dream of starting a youth program to teach kids and young men how to learn life skills. We had a great time talking to Aaron as always and we had a lot of fun!

This last weekend was a slow one for the MMA community as none of the big promotions held events, but we all survived didn’t we?!

BACK TO UFC/MMA business as usual!! On this weeks episode we are guest free and it is back to business as we recap the past 3 weeks of UFC events and MMA news. We covered UFC Dallas Cerrone vs Medeiros, UFC Fight Night 126 Stephens vs Josh Emmett, and we also covered this past weekends UFC PPV event UFC 222 Cyborg vs Kunitskaya. We talked about all sorts of MMA news, analyzed some of the fights talked about upcoming potential matchups and sooo much more!

We had Welterweight Champion Ian Pomfret back on the podcast along with his good buddy and fellow Colosseum Combat Champion in the Featherweight division Mr. Beatdown Extraordinaire himself Christian King Jones! Ian and Christian both just came off of dominant title defense this past weekend at Colosseum Combat and we were lucky enough to get them on to talk to us about there title fights. We also bullshitted with these two great guys, got to know Christians background and know him a little bit better, as well as many other exciting MMA things. I know you all are going to enjoy this episode because we had a blast with these guys!

We had a special guest in the studio today, he is the Owner, Promoter, Matchmaker, and President of Colosseum Combat Mark Slater. Mark runs one of the biggest Midwest MMA fight promotions right out of Kokomo Indiana and has been running Colosseum Combat successfully for more than 8 years now. We also talked about the ins and outs of the MMA promotion business, what it takes to be a trustworthy and successful promoter, Marks history with MMA and combat sports, fighter relationships, and why family is so important in the fight Business. We enjoyed having Mark on, we had a lot of good laughs, and had a good time BSing with him while learning so much about the business side of MMA.

This week as we are recapping UFC 221 Rockhold vs Romero in Perth Australia. We talk about Rockhold getting KTFO by Romero, Romero getting next shot at Whittakers title, Mark Hunts future plans as he nears retirement, Tuivasa’s KO of Cyril Asker and the “Shoey” incident, Jingliang tries to tear out Jake Matthews eye, and Uriah Faber coming out of retirement?!! ....aaaaand so much more!!

This week as we had on badass MMA fighter and Colosseum combat WW champion Ian Pomfret on the show as well as our boy Clint Smith who is the owner and operator of Lion and Gazelle which is a BJJ based apparel company. Clint and Ian train out of the same gym here in Indianapolis and Clint is one of Ian’s many sponsors for his MMA career.  Both Clint and Ian are avid BJJ practitioners, they regularly attend and participate in BJJ tournaments, and in Ian’s case he wins them all. We got to talk to Clint about his apparel company and its BJJ inspirations, Ian talked to us about his MMA and BJJ careers, his goals, his training and diet regimen, and much much more.

On this episode we covered the fights from this last weekend Jacare vs Derek Brunson number 2 fight card, although, in the main event, it was pretty close to the same result as Jacare vs Brunson number one, we also covered a fuck ton of important MMA news, like the Stipe vs Cormier super fight in July, Nelson vs Mitrione's HW Tournament fight for Bellator 194, Ronda Rousey's WWE debut and what it may mean for her career in combat sports, and much much more!

On this episode we are talking about UFC 220 and one of the most hyped heavyweight fights in recent UFC history between Stipe Miocic and Francis Ngannou. We talked about Cormiers dominant win over Volkan Oezdemir, we covered Sonnen vs Rampage Jackson and Douglas Lima vs Rory MacDonald. We had a lot of good MMA news that needed to be addressed from the past week and a half from Whittaker being in serious condition from a staph infection, CM’s Punkass 2nd chance to fight in the UFC, more lightweight Champ confusion and another McGregor conspiracy, to DJ vs TJ, that’s Demetrious Johnson vs TJ Dillashaw, super fight hopefully in July of this year.

We covered the UFC Fight Night in St Louis Stephens vs Doo Ho Choi fight card, we also talked about the upcoming UFC 220 Miocic vs Ngannou and made our predictions for those fights, McGregor conspiracies, how IKEA is the beginning of the end for humanity, and much much more!
