Unraveling With Rayne

Breaking Family Chains is a rough road at times. In this episode, I read a blog entry I had written in November of 2017 about my process of breaking family chains that were holding me back.

Susan Faith Brady was born in Wenatchee WA and has moved all over eastern washington. Working as wildland firefighter during her time as an undergrad student brought her great joy proving to be some of the best summers during her university years. Before she knew it, God blessed her with her husband who has been such a stabilizing force in her life! She completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Central Washington University, both degrees being in Biology. Interestingly, her graduate studies were in frog egg fungus among other things. She spent time utilizing her schooling to radio track frogs allowing her to enjoy her love of research science. She managed to hop on a National Science Foundation Education grant, helping her infuse real scientists and science into classrooms. She adored working with the children in the classroom and I loved how kids, of all ages, are natural scientists. In this episode I had the privilege of sharing the studio with my ever loving and driven oldest daughter. As I’ve grown this podcast her little eyes, ears and heart have absorbed every ounce possible of the process. So, when she said she had big news that she wanted to share on Unraveling with Rayne IN the studio I embraced the opportunity. It allowed me to share my new found love of being a podcaster with my go getting aspiring entrepreneur little girl and it doesn’t get better than that. He’s 35 years old and lives in Pasco with his fiance, Cristobal, and their two cats, Tequila and Muttonfudge.
