Youngsters want to win! Here's how I did it and how I think you can too!

Stop with the BS excuses about why you don't do what you need to do. Stop dressing it up as perfectionism. It's not! It's insecurities that need to be figured out in order for you to move forward!

Working in real estate I get to work with all kinds of people! Over the years I have identified a few key character traits that separate the winners from the losers! 

I often find myself giving advice to people about how to grow their business and while I am not arrogant to think that everyone should take every piece of advice I give them I find it odd that I check up on them later only to find they have done NOTHING! Why is that? I find that it's not ignorance, you know what to do. It's not even lack of motivation, some of you are very much in need of more business. It's something else… Something much more serious…

The reason you aren't getting stuff done is because you don't have emotional triggers that are strong enough to actually get you to move. I share a few of mine and encourage you to find yours!

Apparently I am out of my mind for my opinion on this. I AM what is wrong with the real estate industry according tho some agents after this conversation…

George Floyd was killed by police officers in Minneapolis and after video surfaced it was evident that he was unnecessarily murdered. My thoughts on this heinous incident.  

There is a very strong correlation between people who are aggressive in their lives and their levels of success. Those who are scared, tentative, and doubtful tend to struggle more… why is that?

I've decided to completely reboot and rebrand my podcast and turn it in to a more personal and intimate conversation with me about motivation, personal development, pop culture, really anything that gets me thinking.
