Yes, it is more of a Christian-based podcast. I am a teacher of religion at a high school level. Jesus Christ is here to help us carry our burdens.Over the last couple days in class, we've been talking about Matthew 11:28-30 and how Jesus Christ offers ultimate rest for our souls if we will just come to Him and give Him our burdens.
