It's Mental Health Awareness Month, and it's time we all learn to be honest with ourselves and others. AJ and Eddie chop it up with discussion of a ho hum NFL Draft for the Philadelphia Eagles. What started off with a bang ended in a fizzle but time will tell. Roster is not even close to being assembled yet.

Ed and AJ discuss the names they feel can add to this current Philadelphia Eagles roster. Do the Eagles move up or down? Stay at 12? Corner or QB? Recent rumors has thrown in the idea that a QB might fall to 12. Do we fans want a repeat of 2020's disappointing draft picks? PLUS a special announcement regarding Day 1 Draft Night. The CoEds discuss recent news of rapper legend DMX's passing,plud give feedback on what Eagles have done free agent wise and what the recent move in Draft picks might mean. Also the Phillies look a lot more competitive since their season opener and the Sixers still maintaining with a first place East division spot. Could the new additions help both teams excel to playoffs? They discuss.

AJ the Suburban Princess is aware the Phillies are 5-1 and the Sixers are STILL number one since the season opened, but she is on a tear. Due to the recent careless comments from random male athletes, those well liked and those that most are indifferent towards, she felt compelled to examine and DISSECT the lack of self awareness.  Draymond, Deshaun (allegedly), and others spewing "small D" rhetoric. How many more years have to pass before men in the sports and political world decide to practice MINDFULNESS and stop adhering to TRADITION for the sake of their fragile egos being contested?  Is it really easy to have knee jerk reactions to a woman who decides to meet you halfway or BEAT YOUR ASS competitively? Ask yourself why Twitter is one of your ways to voice your narrow minded opinions no matter how young or how old or how educated or not they are?  Why is this STILL a thing when women complain (RIGHTFULLY) so about obvious gaps in the wages of women who are athletes?  The fear of what?

AJ gives advice to those who allow the period of waiting for Carson Wentz to formally say goodbye to stress them out. Only the real beat writers and media should stress,the Birdgang should chill and watch SB DVD and chill tf out. Things will all make sense soon.

The CoEds discuss the recent fumble of a press conference for first time Eagles Coach Nick Sirianni. Should it determine the franchise? No. Will it make for good internet chatter? Yes. AJ sounds off regarding the latest domestic violent incident with a pro player. This couple was between a white player and his black girlfriend. Too many cases like this. Why is this dude released from jail hours after incident happened? Allegedly a "manic episode" resulted in her brutal injuries and almost death. Tik Tok was where the picturers of the victim were shown and within 24 hours the discussions began. Has the NFL given ANY CONFIDENCE that domestic violence is a SERIOUS MATTER and needs to put players in prison for GOOD? My patience as a black female has run thin with the BS preferential treatment that all past and present offenders have received.

Emergency pod: AJ isn't happy but not surprised about Doug Pedersen's firing as Head Coach of the Eagles. Eddie calms the vibes with his take on that plus the messy last three days of Sixers slimmed down roster due to injuries and tight NBA COVID protocol. The CoEd edition with a rare back to back episode.

Eddie and AJ reconvene to discuss what WildCard games are a must see. Also Eddie drops some thoughts on the Draft and why staying at 6 in the first round is the Philadelphia Eagles best bet.
