As my wife and I have be preparing for the arrival of baby number two next month, I've mentally been preparing for what that will be like.    Our guests in this episode, Drs. This Thanksgiving, we all have lots to be thankful for. But, for Allyson Fry, gratefulness this year takes on a whole new meaning.  Allyson used this episode to share her story about a genetic mutation which left her at a higher risk for breast cancer and ultimately led to her getting a bilateral mastectomy.  It's a powerful story.
